Half days on Saturdays (with a rotating schedule) Extended weekday hours create strong, consistent caseload while allowing you longer shifts and fewer days Compensation ProSal compensation with quarterly production bonuses Base salary of $110,000–$150,000, depending on experience We take a holistic approach to compensation and tailor packages to align with each candidate’s goals.
