Job Purpose Produce original content with a focus on writing, editing, and video with the ability to produce strategic and compelling content that aligns with our brand voice while improving marketing outreach. Core Accountabilities Write, research, review, edit, and develop original content and rewrites for a variety of articles and digital content, including blogs, social media posts, scripts, etc. Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compelling content for written copy on websites and other online communications media. Ensure that all content meets required and accepted format and adheres to legal and ethical standards, including copyright and plagiarism policies. Evaluate content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring content engagement through research on industry trends, topics, and competitors. Collaborate with designers, videographers, marketing, and social media teams to promote content and increase reach while optimizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices. Interview subject matter experts, stakeholders, and sources for content development, while maintaining consistency in brand voice and style guidelines across all platforms. Produce original photography and Reels content to supplement and enhance written content. Adhere to time-sensitive deadlines. May coordinate with creative team to produce final drafts. Occasional business travel (10% or less). Other duties as assigned. Essential Experience And Attributes Extensive knowledge and application of writing principles, theories and concepts. Complete knowledge of all job functions and the broad industry best practices, techniques and standards. Ability to craft content solutions for complex challenges, leveraging in-depth analysis and evaluation of multiple variables to deliver high-quality results. Determine the best approach to achieve results and provide suggestions for improving policies and procedures. Comfortable speaking on camera for Instagram Reels and potentially public speaking events. May represent the organization as primary contact on assignments and/or projects. Interacts with senior professionals and management and frequently coordinates work across departments or organizations. Desirable Experience and Attributes Actions may impact the organization. Failure to accomplish work will result in an inability to reach crucial organizational goals. Erroneous decisions may have a prolonged effect resulting in the expenditure of substantial resources. Typically, 5+ years with bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. Passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and formats. Experience in multimedia content creation (video, photo, podcasts, etc.). Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, and diverse writing styles. Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and editing software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge and interest in luxury goods and watch industry.
